Below is the NPBT distribution between Employee Owners (EOs), M/S SALMAN ENTERPRISE & MAK LLC LTD as per Joint-Venture Agreement between MAK LLC LTD and M/S SALMAN ENTERPRISE.
Employee Owners (EOs): 20%
M/S SALMAN ENTERPRISE: 40%
MAK LLC LTD: 40%
Note: After certain period when EOs will be able to take responsibility, EOs: 60%, M/S Salman Enterprise: 20%, MAK LLC LTD: 20%. When there are only 2 (Two) parties, then Party-1 (EOs): 80% and Party-2 (XYZ): 20%.
