CIXING BANGLADESH LTD

Starting Date: 1st February 2024, Thursday at Booth Number 8-580 of International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), Dhaka, Bangladesh.

This is a joint collaboration of MAK LLC LTD and CIXING BANGLADESH LTD under PAR-CE Programme to create jobs by reducing gap between education and industry requirements. 

Mission: BDT 20K per employee per month, BDT 40K each Team Leader per month*.

Current Economic Structure (CES) is unable to create new jobs in a sustainable way. This is why we are committed to implement PAR-based Economic Structure (PES) under the policies mentioned below:

EOBs (Employee Ownership Businesses);

Start from small;

Work and Win (W&W);

Work and Own (W&O);

better Living @ Lowest Costs (LLC) under Smiley Theory.

Modularize 1 (One) Assembly and Finishing (A&F) Line production concept into 20 separate individual Units with 5 (Five) Red Team, 5 (Five) Green Team and 1 (One) Blue Team members of PAR-CE Family.

Starting point:

A&F only –

Option 1: 48 Pairs/ 8 Hours 

Option 2: 120 Pairs/ 8 Hours 

Option 3: 240 Pairs/ 8 Hours 

Selected Option:  We need to decide what Option is suitable for us. 

Option 1 Budget (1,200 Pairs/m): 48 x 500 x 25 = Tk 600,000 per month;

Option 2 Budget(3,000 Pairs/m): 120 x 500 x 25 = Tk 1,500,000 per month;

Option 3 Budget (6,000 Pairs /m):240 x 500 x 25 = Tk 3,000,000 per month;

Satellite Factories:

1.1 Flyknit Uppers: Max. 2 (Two) Red Team for running Min. 6 (Six) Flyknit Machines each per shift;

1.2 Outsole: Own or Outsourcing Factory with or without Outsole Moulds;

1.3 Cutting: Both Punch-cut and/or Laser cut;

1.4 Stitching, Printing, Embossing, Embroidery: Own and/or Outsourcing factory;

1.5: Accessories: Own and/or Outsourcing;

1.6 Adhesive and other chemicals: Own and/or Outsourcing;

1.7 Packing materials: Own and/or Outsourcing.

NPBT DISTRIBUTION:

20:80 based

EOs (Employee Owners): 20% (For making own house in 10 Years*)

Entrepreneurs: 80%

CIXING FOOTWEAR: …..%

MAK LLC: ……%

Note: After certain levels, the policy would 60:40. EOs 60%, Entrepreneurs (20%+20%) = 40%. Finally the policy would be 80:20. EOs 80% (because they are more in numbers) and Entrepreneurs (10%+10) = 20%.

CIXING ICI: 

NPBT Distribution Phase-1: EOs Vs Entrepreneurs 20:80, Phase-2: EOs Vs Entrepreneurs 60:40 & Phase-3: 80:20.

Starting point: 24 feet x 25 feet = 600 sft: 1 room for flyknit uppers (CIXING BRAND 4 Shoe Upper Machines)

Required: 24 feet x 25 feet room (600 sft) for Assembly & Finishing (A&F) to start in the ground floor. And 5,000 sft in the 4th floor of the main building for ICI.
