B+G+9 : 5,041 x 11 = 55,451 Square feet. Estimated costs (including Vertical Farming facilities) 55,451 x Tk 4,000/sft = Taka 221,000,000 each (excluding land costs). Development costs of each Floor, Development Studio (Footwear & Garments), Taka 20,000,000 ( BDT 2 Crore).
